We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and availability are accurate. However, errors or minor product variations may occasionally occur. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing differences, photography, lighting, or device display settings. We reserve the right to:- Correct pricing, description, or product-information errors;
- Update product information;
- Modify or discontinue products;
- Limit the quantity purchased by a customer; and
- Cancel an order when a product is unavailable.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website or at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes collected by us, and the total order amount will be displayed before payment is completed. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payments are securely processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. We do not normally store or have direct access to complete payment-card information. All purchases are one-time transactions unless a subscription and its complete billing terms are clearly disclosed on the product page and at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious payment activity is detected.4. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email acknowledging that we received your order. The confirmation email does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. An order is accepted after payment is approved and the order enters processing or shipment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:- Product unavailability;
- Pricing or product-information errors;
- Payment authorization failure;
- Suspected fraud;
- Incorrect billing or shipping information; or
- Violation of these Terms.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Our estimated delivery time is 20–30 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, customs procedures, weather, local carrier operations, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy for complete information.6. Returns and Refunds
We offer 30-Day Free Returns and Exchanges on eligible products. To qualify:- The request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery;
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
- Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included; and
- Proof of purchase is required.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact support@getlumalane.shop as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including logos, images, product descriptions, graphics, text, videos, and website design, is owned by or licensed to Luma Lane and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. - Shipping or carrier delays;
